We have been searching for good plumbers for years to service our cottage in Harrisville! So very happy to have finally discovered Weinkauf. Brandon and Tim came out today and installed a whole new bath and shower kit in our bathroom and also took the time to explain our entire water filtration system to me, so I finally know how to change filters and flush the system. They were fantastic -very knowledgeable and personable!!

This company has been very helpful over the years. They are willing to come out when you’re having an emergency. The follow-up has also been great. Very professional office staff that was willing to schedule me when I was available. Tyler came out to our property and was able to catch a major problem with the water tank. His diagnostic ability and quickfix saved us a huge headache for the future!EDIT- A few more years of being their customer and they are even better than before! It’s so wonderful to have found a company this reliable. Stacy and Chrissy really went the extra mile for our family.

Nichole was was absolutely wonderful! She was professional, fixed/updated our boiler quickly, and kept us in the loop the whole time. Great service!

Nichole came out to replace our sump pump, she explained what she was going to do and after she was done she explained the warranty of the pump and also cleaned up after herself. Very professional and friendly to talk to. If we have anymore plumping problem will be calling and asking for her to respond.

Tim Brown proved to be an excellent plumber. He arrived within the scheduled timeframe and worked in a focused and efficient manner. He did an excellent job explaining the problem and the remedy. He uncovered a previous installation mistake and was able to resolve it. We'd be happy to hire Tim again.

Like many people in town, we had flooding in our crawlspace. We called Weinkauf and they fit us in very quickly, in spite of them being extremely busy.Nicole came out and got right to work! She was very pleasant and had 6 or so inches of water cleared out in no time. She explained next steps to us and answered all of our questions.Words cannot express how grateful we are for her/ their quick response. We’ve used Weinkauf many times and will continue to do so!

Great job with all your workers!!Ben came out and found the problem.Then Tim and Noah came out to put the pump and air lock on. They all did a great job of explaining and finished in a timely manner.

I just wanted to leave a review for Ben. He came over last Saturday and was able do diagnose the issue with our furnace. He was very polite and answered all of our questions. He was able to take the part back to the shop and had the furnace working in a couple of days after the repair. Much appreciated!

WeinKauf made special arrangements to work around our schedule to get us an appointment that was quicker than expected. Nichole showed up on time and went out of her way to repair the problem quickly and cleanly.

Jenny was patient, kind, and very helpful every step of the way. Her dedication and willingness to take the time to answer our questions really meant a lot to us. Ted Tinker provided excellent service on the completion of a huge project that relocated all of our pipes. He also was able to trouble shoot some issues on a problem pipe. He was professional and provided quality service. He also took the time to make sure I understood my new system.

I recently had a new furnace/Heat Pump/AC installed. Hutch G. was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process.

Nichole was very prompt. Very knowledgeable with all the questions I had. Overall just a great person. She cleaned up her mess where I have had others just leave it. I would highly recommend her.
